Tilda Hiding Rose Bouquet

Happy Monday everyone!

You have probably noticed that I have been making CAS cards lately....or well I try to. I love cards that are full of embellishments and flowers and all the pretty things you can put in a card and they are really fun to make.  But CAS cards are just as pretty and fun to make.  Sometimes it take me longer to make a CAS card than a fully embellished card.

Anywhoo...on to my card. I inked up  Tilda Hiding Rose Bouquet from the Lost and Found Collection using Copics. Patterned paper from MME Lost and Found 3 Ruby Paper. And I used some MFT Die-namics for the card base and the image panel.  The Mom die cut if from Simon Says Stamp. The button is from my stash. The card is 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 (A2). I find it so much easier to mail cards in this size.

I also have a simple Christmas card to share.

It's the Peaceful Christmas Tree from the Winter Wonderland Collection.

Just a CAS card but boy, it took me a long time to finish coloring the tree.  Layer after layer, waiting for the layers to dry before adding the next one.  I only used Peeled Paint, Vintage Photo and Scattered Straw for the tree. I used yellow glitter pen for the star and a clear glitter pen around the tree. A wash of Weathered Wood for the background and Frayed Burlap for the ground.

This took me 3 nights to finish. :)

Happy Cyber Monday everyone!  I hope you all enjoyed your weekend of shopping and family gathering.  I have a Christmas Card to share with you today.

 

I used Tilda with Cute Lamb from the Little Christmas Collection.  The Magnolia DooHickey dies used are Spruce Twig and Scalloped Stitched Lace. The red brads are from the Basic Grey June Bug collection and the green brads are from the Basic Grey Eva Collection. The Snow Flake charm is tied around the card using a Sew Easy Fancy Floss Baker's Twine in Aqua.
