Could anybody please explain?

What in the world is these stickers ment to be used for? I just do not understand the world when I see things like this... I mean, somehone has come up with the idea and designed it, someone has approved it, someone has produced it, someone has put it in their shops stock... (I must add that I did not buy them, they showed up in an envelope with some stuff I bought online...

 

I recomend paying extra attention to the exclusive gold rim of the vegetables....
