Some music for today

Happy Thursday y'all!!!  I am so excited for this 3 day weekend coming up.  I really dont have big plans but its nice to have some more time away from work and to get ready for our vacation .  We leave next Friday. I am going out to East Texas to see Nanny on Monday.  I make a point to see her once a month at least. I'm heading to Canton this Saturday with my Canton partner in crime for the day.  Cant wait to see what treasures lay in store for us.  We have some dinner plans with some friends over the weekend.  It will be busy but nice! Do you have any Labor Day plans?  

I have 2 songs i want to play for yall today and they could be more different from one another. 

This first song is a Christian contemporary song called Lift your head Weary Sinner( Chains) by Crowder.   I really like it!  Its got a nice beat and it really doesnt seem like a christian song until you hear the lyrics.  I think it leans more like a country song..

The name of the song is called Footsteps by Pop Evil.  I am not a fan of the band name but i sure like their music so far!! With a name like Pop Evil you would think its heavier than it is .
