happy valentines day-throw back

don’t laugh.

I know I know the sparkles and the glasses.

funny how i didn't think i was thin back then much thinner than now. oh well thats another story.

we were on our way to a ballet, he had just brought me a big bouquet of gerber daisies and lots of chocolate.

I think he was really trying to impress me.

it rained that night and my feet hurt from the 4 inch heels I was wearing.

fun memories.

so young.

I feel kinda old after I look at pictures like this.

good times and there have been bad times as well but I love

what we are now.

I really thought that dress was awesome. LOL

happy valentines to the husband.

we are sad.

we had to say goodbye to our cat on saturday.

we knew it was coming and it took me a good year and a half to be able to say it was time.

I feel bad for the kiddos,  it’s hard to understand when your young.

it’s hard when your old.

i am off to my sons first grade class. 

it is always entertaining.  those first graders are pretty blunt and funny.

(like the time the girl told me i wasn’t very nice and she doesn’t like it when i come)

she probably didn’t like me cuz i told her if she didn’t stop kicking my leg i would throw her in the hall.

okay i didn’t say throw, i think i said put.

i usually get to help them write their weekend news.  it is usually the same…

“i did  nothing”

“i played wii”

“i watched tv”

“i watched a movie”

some just look at me like “i am not going to write anything”

i love working in the classroom with the kids :)

sometimes i think …hmm maybe i should have been a teacher.

then they sass back and i think…maybe not.

teachers need to be paid more.

so we were reading together the “letter” that he is famous for. i can’t read it without bawling!

i think i had the “cry face” goin on.

he said “mom are you okay”

lol.

then he said it’s okay i think it is time to leave. (funny)

my parents passed on thier emotions to me. but it’s okay emotion is a good thing…right?

somehow between sunday and today a bomb exploded in my house and there seems to be laundry and toys everywhere!!!!

so i am declaring that today i do nothing but laundry! (after i blog of coarse)

i think i like complaining about laundry. it is the one thing that is a thorn in my side! for some reason if i vent about it i feel better. i like to have all the laundry done everyday. that is all fine and great if i keep up but if i let it slide for two days i get this crazy anxiety!

so watch out Tide here i come!
