So I wasn't sure if I'd be able to find another crib just like the one I already had but with just weeks left my waiting paid off. My hours of searching Craig's list paid off in the 11th hour. They are almost identical and all it needed was paint!
I've gotta single out my chair bc it was such a labor of love. Just a few weeks before the babies were due I found a glider on craig's list that was quite ugly but worked great and I saw on pinterest how I could recover it so I thought what the heck I'll give it a whirl. Well I went to my doctor visit and she told me they were gonna do a C-section and 2 weeks earlier than my due date. How sad was it that the first thing I thought was....."Not Yet! I still need to recover and paint my chair!" So that's what I did. I went home and busted it out in a couple of days..... I stripped the fabric and recovered the cushions and painted the wood.....and it worked! I was so happy bc it easily could've been another project quickly thrown in the garbage. I got lucky!!
