Paper Issues: November Notable Quotable

Hi Papercrafting Friends!

It's time for the new edition of 

This month's quote is from the insanely talented Amy Tangerine and looks like this.....

I was totally inspired by the colours, the quote and by the fact that it comes from Amy!

Here's what I created....

"Stay Wild"

Oh Heck Yeah!!! Lol

So much fun!

I used the Amy Tangerine: Hustle & Heart collection, and that gorgeous photo of my boy with a very muddy face! 

Such a happy day & memory here! 

Loving that Jungle of Love patterned paper, 

it's just perfect for my wild child playing in the garden!

You'll also spot a ton of cool embellishments from this collection, including the 

Wool Half Circle Pom Pom Stickers, Sticker Book, Ephemera Die Cuts & even those awesome white foam Thickers

Fun, indeed! 

 Hustle & Heart is definitely for those who live on the brighter side of life! 

Burtsing with gorgeous colour and pattern!

Speaking of colour, that mixed media background is crazy cool!!!

I've dived into my Shimmerz Paints stash, and used 

Creameez:  Just Peachy,  Boogie Boardin' Blue & Trippin' in the Tropics

as well as a base coat of my fave Vibez: Jeni B Bleu

You'll notice I also hand coloured the foam Thickers with the Just Peachy Creameez too......

La la love this!

Naturally, I had to create a pretty page of my sweet girl for this one! 

"Be-YOU-tiful"

Isn't this pretty?!! 

I have dived into my stash of Pink Paislee's, Paige Taylor Evans: Oh My Heart collection and I just love how gorgeously girly it is! That nail polish, the books, tote bag, and pretty shoes are perfect for embellishing this photo, as Miss M embraces being her OWN kind of beautiful, and being herself! Love it!!!

How darling is that bow?!! And how about that puffy sticker watch - so adorable!!!

The chipboard stickers with the rose gold finish are just stunning too!

Rose gold features on those sweet heart charms, and specialty paper also! It's all so divine!!!

Paper Issues: May Notable Quotable

Hi Everyone!

Welcome back for more Paper Issues fun with this month's edition of

This month's quote is just too pretty for words....

Gorgeous, huh?!!

I was totally inspired by the blooms and that tiny heart! Here's what I came up with...

"Bloom" 

Isn't this the prettiest?!! 

I absolutely ADORE this floral pattern paper from Bella Blvd's, Make Your Mark collection! So gorgeous!!! It's called Magnifique - you can see why!

Perfect for this challenge, and my beautiful photograph! 

I fussy cut the pattern paper to form my diagonal design, and used coordinating die cuts to embellish my photo with. 

That golden title is from the Fundamentals Sticker Sheet in the same collection. Pardon the pun, but I think it's Blooming Marvellous! ;) LOL!

Here's a closer look...... 

SOooooooo pretty! Love those die cuts!!!

My photo has been matted with a blue sheet from the Make Your Mark 6 x 8 Paper Pad, as well as a doily from my stash. There's a light layer of watercolour media beneath it all too....

Just gorgeous!

 So many different ways you could interpret, or take inspiration, from this quote!

Here's my take...

"Live Today"

Love this picture of my beautiful girl! She's growing up far too fast for me though - so I've been inspired by the quote to remind her to in live in the right now, Live Today!

I've used the very pretty Dear Lizzy line, Oh Lovely Day including the chipboard stickers that make my title. I've also used my favourite FREE cut file from the Paper Issues store, it's called 

Open Hearts Circles Just gorgeous!

Here's a closer look.....

Love the delicate watercolour wash pastels in this line - those papers are too pretty for words!!!

Such cute ephemera in this line & how about those shiny brads!!!

I have use a Simple Stories #Whatever collection with Dear Lizzy's Saturday Thickers & clear stickers.
As well as the quote, my layout has also been inspired by that stitched paint swatch sticker beneath my photos - I tried to recreate that look with my cut out hearts using Gelatos and stitching!
*Those cut out hearts are actually my left overs from the
  FREE Open Hearts Cut File in the Paper Issues store*

All the bright colours in this page really reflect her bright & happy personality - 

she certainly Loves the Life she Lives!!!

SO many pretty hearts and watercolour fun here too!
