Hearts!
Today I've got hearts for you! I die cut small hearts with a Lawn Fawn die out of a Stampin Up paper pad. The word dies are from Clearly Besotted Stamps. For the first card I used a 'happy' stamp from PTI. It was a long time ago since I used some ribbon on my cards, so I added a nice bow on the second card.
With these cards, I'd like to participate in the current CAS-challenge at the Addicted to Stamps-blog.
Thanks for coming by and enjoy your weekend!

Crazy for CAS #35 Anything goes
In my previous post I told you I haven't made any christmas card. Well, that is not really true as I made you one! With this card I'd like to wish you all a very blessed and happy Christmas time.
I created this card for the new challenge on the Crazy for Cas blog. The theme this time is easy: 'Anything goes'! So, dive quickly into your materials and create a nice cas-card with any theme you like! You can link your creation until 3 January.
I used some papers from the 6x6 paper pad from Crate Paper's Bundle Up. The sentiment on the vellum is from Clearly Besotted Stamps.
Enjoy this Saturday and thanks for coming by!

Together forever
The challenge on 'A Passion for Papertrey' is to provide your own inspiration piece and make a card based upon it. I had to design a card for a newly wed couple, so what 's easier than looking for a bridal bouquet? I found a beautiful one with summer colours and found matching colours in my ink stash. To symbolise the bridal veil I used vellum for embossing the sentiment on (from Clearly Besotted Stamps). The flowers are stamped with PTI's Ruby Rose. Papers are from American Craft. The background grid is stamped with WMS Off Beat.
I'm very happy with the result!
Thanks for stopping by.

Happy Birthday, Marit!
Today is Marit's birthday and I made her this card with MME Nostalgia and Paired Up from Clearly Besotted Stamps. The sentiment is from PTI's Mini Blooms.
Happy Birthday, Marit! I wish you lots of creativity in the year to come.
The card is on its way.
I link this card to the blog of Clearly Besotted Stamps where the very first challenge is 'Anything goes'. I possess two sets of CBS so far, but there are more on my wishlist. For this card I used the branch with leaves and blossoms from Paired Up, but lucky me, that's enough for the challenge.
Back to work now. This week and next week will be busy with tests and exams.
I won't be able to comment on all your blogs, but I try to read them in my feed reader as much as possible.

Lifting
If you are in a hurry and in need of cards, why not lifting your own cards? That's what I did with the cards I show you today.
This first one is lifted from the card I made last Saturday. I still like that one very much. Judith called it a port hole and indeed it looks like that.
This one is made with the Paired Up set from Clearly Besotted Stamps.
The next two cards are lifts from this one.Now made with PTI's Mini Blooms. For these cards I added a piece of paper from MME's Nostalgia.
Enjoy today and thanks for coming by!

Congrats! CFC #103
When I saw the challenge on the CAS-ual Friday blog I knew that I had to make a card for this week's challenge 'Congratulations'. So I tried to make one yesterday evening. After finishing the card I wasn't really happy with the result. It was a bit too simple. But lying in bed a new idea came up in my mind and before having breakfast this morning I made another card and I'm really satisfied with that one! By the way, is this what they call addiction?
I will show you both cards and you can decide which one you like better. For both cards I used papers from Simple Stories Summer Fresh. For the first card I die-cut some hexagons and put them in two rows on the card. I stamped a sentiment from Clearly Besotted Stamps and finished the card by splattering some glimmer mist. First time I show a card with splatters on my blog. I love the effect of splatters and admire cards on the internet, but I didn't dare using it myself. Hard job to do and it left me with splatters all over my desk... Okay, here is card #1
Enjoy your weekend and thanks for coming by!
p.s. With this card I won challenge #18 on the Crazy for CAS blog. Thanks, Crazy for CAS team!

For the second card (which I have linked up to the CFC blog) I die cut a frame in the upper layer with paper from Summer Fresh. I punched two holes and added eyelets. On the card base I stamped 'congrats' from the PTI 'On the Farm' set in different colours. Last but not least I added twine.
p.s. With this card I won challenge #18 on the Crazy for CAS blog. Thanks, Crazy for CAS team!

Happy Anniversary
I made this car for a couple who will celebrate their 40th wedding day soon. I used the dies from MFT's Homespun Hearts and a sentiment from Clearly Besotted Stamps. Patterned paper from Glitz Design. It is hardly visible, but I distressed the background with Antique Linen and stamped diagonally a grid with Old Paper - distress ink.It had been a long time ago since I used stitches on a card. But my sewing machine still worked. Actually I'm not really happy with the doily. I'd better put it a bit lower...
Enjoy your weekend! Thanks for coming by.

Happy Mother's Day - CfC Challenge #18
Both our mothers will get a basket with a hydrangea tomorrow. And of course a card!
Using flowers on a Mother's Day card is always perfect and the inspiration photo of the Crazy for Cas Challenge helped me for sure! As I don't possess a hydrangea stamp nor a ranunculus, I've chosen the Rosie Posie set of Papertrey Ink. The sentiment is from Clearly Besotted Stamps. I embossed the background with the hexagon impression plate to give the card a little more dimension.
So, this was the last post in my holiday. I don't think I can post in this pace for the coming weeks, but I will do my best! Enjoy your saturday and thanks for coming by!

Blossoms
After weeks I finally made a card! Wow! I haven't seen my craft room for weeks. Too busy and I have to admit I lost my inspiration a little. Can you imagine with sites like Pinterest? Maybe I see too many things which I'd like to do...
But here I am with a spring card! Although it is cold outside, sun is shining brightly! It inspired me to stamp some branches with blossoms (Clearly Besotted Stamps) on design paper (Simple stories). The sentiment is from Papertrey Ink.
I enjoy a couple days off because of the Easter weekend. Wednesday is my day off. Thursday is my study day and the other days I work at school. So,for this week I've got a long weekend which started yesterday afternoon! Well, I have to go to college tomorrow, but that is really no punishment. These days I have planned a lot of work for my studies. Hopefully I can find some time for crafting as well!
It looks like I'm neglecting your blogs as well, but I try to read them through feeds. I don't comment quite often as I don't have much time left. I promise I will comment in the near future. In the mean time I enjoy your creations just by watching!

Congrats!
I had so many plans for my holiday and none of them have been released right now. I caught a very bad cold and I am still not really recovered yet. But the situation is getting better. I've got only one card to show you. I used WMS' Off Beat for the background and Clearly Besotted Stamps for the sentiment and the branch with little hearts.
I'd like to participate in two challenges with this card. CAS on Sunday where the theme is Happy Birthday and CAS-ual Fridays where the task is to stamp your own background.
Hope you like it! Enjoy your evening!

Love birds
My holiday has started! Looking forward to having a bit of free time and hopefully craft time! The holiday started well as I received two sets from Clearly Besotted Stamps yesterday. I found these stamps last week on the Internet and as I was still looking for stamps for wedding and engagement cards I ordered the set Paired Up and a sentiment set. Perfect sets for quick cards. Of course, I made some cards yesterday evening! Here they are:
