It has been a while since I wrote my last post...
I need to change that.
Today, I would like to show you my first foamiran flowers
that I made using the foamiran available in my SHOP :)
Or I should probably say...the first presentable flowers,
as I managed to rip a few in a process ;)
I was lucky enough to be able to spend last weekend with my fantastic friend Ewelina Panka
who is a pro in making flowers... foamiran flowers as well as paper flowers.
To make these flowers I used... believe it or not... white foamiran only...
and I coloured it with pastels.
I found colouring so relaxing and it gave me more control over the result I tried to achieve.
Last time I used pastels was at school during art lessons...
it was amazing to remind myself how much I enjoyed it and I missed it to be honest.
I'm not very good with fine cutting so I used
Craft Passion - Flowers Set 04 to cut out the petals for my flowers.
In the centre I used (new in my shop) Decorative Plastic Stamens
available in white and yellow.
