House Mouse Celebration!

Today is the 2 year anniversary celebration for House Mouse and Friends Monday Challenge Blog!  The current challenge is to use the sketch and make your card all about a "celebration"!  I admit, I did rearrange the elements a bit...like sliding the strip down the layout and moving the sentiment up, etc.  I think it still matches up pretty well with the sketch.  :O)  This is one of my fave images too...how cute!  I am loving the green sparkly frosting!  YUM!

Challenges with Happy Hoppers!

Hello everyone!  I spent the day with my wonderful friend, Peggy.  We had some fun stamping, coloring and talking...always a good day!

Here is a card I made yesterday and didn't get a chance to post.  I love Happy Hoppers!  They are toooooo cute!  :O)  This one is especially cute since my hubs calls me Hunny Bunny.  *grin*

House Mouse + Tequila = FUN!

LOL! That title just sounds wrong! :O) I made a card for the House Mouse Monday Challenge... my first time playing there. They had a sketch this week that I thought was a bit of a challenge. I used "Splish, Splash, a Citrus Bath". I saw this funny quote about life giving you lemons and thought it would be perfect. "when life gives you lemons, ask for tequila and salt and call me over!"
I tried to color the drink in the glass to look like tequila...that's why it and the lemon are so differently colored. I like the way it turned out. :O) How about you?

Mojo #92's Got Me Happy Hoppin'!

Getting your mojo on Tuesday is better than Sunday...when it should be Monday anyway. Last week I almost didn't get my Mojo Monday sketch done on time. I always love Julee's sketches, so I always want to get them done before the next Monday rolls around. I really like the way this card turned out. :O) I used a Happy Hoppers stamp called Party Hoppers. This is the first time I have colored one of these...I have to say I think the bunnies are harder than the bears and mice. Let me know what you think.

Mojo Monday - Week 83

Hi again. I just made this birthday card for the Mojo Monday sketch. I always love their sketches...this is my first ever House Mouse card. I got some images from my buddy Juanita...thanks, J! Have a peek and let me know what you think! :O)

I used Basic Grey papers from the LilyKate line, cs from Bazzill, brad from K&Co, stamped image of House Mouse, Prismacolor pencils, paper piercing tool, Doodlebug sugar coating, CTMH Chocolate ink pad, Colorbok woven label.
