Haven't blogged for quite some time again. Kinda lost the momentum since the HK trip :/ I'm glad that even though I was panicking at the start, I got an internship company which I like(: Just worried about the steep learning curve. I hope that I'll be able to learn quickly and do the work well(: Trainings everywhere. Went to the airport on the 20th(:   B&J Chunkfest on the 25th. Thankfully it didn't rain :D Had a buffet next to us and tried the different ice cream flavours! I liked the milk and cookies one(: Received coupons for beer too :P UT3 week this week. Went to run and gym after Advertising UT3 on Monday. Felt that all of the UTs were quite alright. Hope I will do well! It's my last UTs after all(: Shared our experiences with Healthserve yesterday. Received a book prize for my article. Didn't expect it o_o And that's the end of the RP school life. The year 1 days feel like yesterday. Internship and PD is up next :/ Wednesday, August 15, 2012
I can't believe I took so long to complete the Hong Kong trip post. Procrastination at it's best hahaha :P It's been a month since I last posted :/ Shall update with the main events. Had a team dinner on the 14th. Was handed a heavy workload all of a sudden by the various modules -_- Hated it. Had to write up a number of articles and do lots of research. Went for a couple of interviews which were kinda fail :/ Awkward campus photoshoot on the 19th. Didn't really know how to pose and everything): NDP Preview with cousin on the 21st before dinner(: Liked the goodie bag this year.    Has always gone with him to previews(: Christy's baby's first month on the 22nd. Carried him for a while before he started crying :/ Quietened down when mum carried him. Experienced :D Got my Ukulele on the 23rd for my early birthday present! Was so happy(: Finished up the last couple of UT2s. Went to cover a cigarette butt event on the 31st. Picked up cigarette butts. Might seem lame but I would say that I've learnt from that experience.  Trainings everywhere. Finally started clearing the module assignments in the new month of August :D Awards ceremony on the 3rd. Celebrated Crystal Chee's birthday early on the 8th. With the yaks: Annsley, Yuen Yong and Kelly. Felt good to see them after such a long time(: NDP on the 9th. Felt super patriotic hahaha even on the preview day. Watched Batman Rises recently. The movie was quite long but the action makes up for it I guess. Bane was intimidating though with his helmet and everything :/ Would rate it 3/5.   Pub with Jasmine, Brenda and Belle on Saturday night. Yearbook photo shoot yesterday. Was done after like 4 shots. Having mixed feelings about the last week of school :/ On one hand I can't wait for school to end. On the other, I don't want to go for internship): Ah well. That's life, isn't it? Training tomorrow too. I'm not so sure about trainings anymore. I still complain about it as usual, but there was a purpose last time. Things have changed since then. |
