Tuesday, January 31, 2012 Out with Joehunt and Abigail on Friday after extra training :D Went for a wonton dinner first before going for BFF, Best Fries Forever. Had cheese while they had cheese + beef. Training on Saturday. Homed first before heading to mum's teacher's house after that for late lunch. She cooked all of this food herself. It was great(: Was feeling really tired though. Me and bro were just dying around hahah. He was tired out from his CCA, I was tired out from my IG :/ Poor us. Played blackjack after that though. Mum went to the religious place after that but I went home. Training on Sunday. By then my whole body was just aching really badly. It felt like I was immobilized in bed and couldn't get up): Got up anyway. There was a nice sunrise there but the training wasn't as great. Was aching so badly and exhausted during the 1st part I was just so dead and couldn't even talk much. Aifaa applied some of her counter-pain cream on my back and arms. It just started burning which was damn shiok. My pain really faded away after that and I felt better(: Survived the 2nd part thankfully. Traveled to mum's friend's house for steamboat :D I guess that was the only thing I looked forward to that day. Blackjack again after that :P Extra training again yesterday. Home, housework, bathe Taffy, RJ. Training later): Friday, January 27, 2012 HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR EVERYONE!(: No training on Sunday! Went to JBP with Joehunt and Abigail to film the last part of my video :D Packed and cleaned the house at night in preparation for CNY. It was really dirty and dusty :/ Shou sui all the way till 6am before I retired to bed(: CNY day 1 @ Great-grandmother's house. Hope she's doing well up there(: Had my favourite dark sauce pork soup :D Played blackjack with the rest all the way. Headed home and we went to couz house to watch movies :D Watched G.I. Joe again. I also finally watched Up. Don't know why I'm always reluctant to watch such movies at first. It was quite funny but when it got to the sad part, it's like depressing hahah :/ I was all like awww when I found out he already gave her the best adventure of her lifetime(: Would rate the movie 3/5. CNY day 2 @ my grandfather's house. Macs lunch before that with family + couz family :D Homed and grandaunt's house after that. Pizza and KFC for dinner! :P Played blackjack all the way too hehehe(: I guess blackjack is the highlight of CNY this year. Ran with Meiting on Wednesday :D Training yesterday. Left early cos I needed to rush on the Broadcast assignment :/ Slept at 3am yesterday cos of the assignment. Sigh been sleeping really late these days. Am finally going to be free from the graded assignments when I pass it up later! :D Saturday, January 21, 2012 Went for dinner and some ice cream with Abigail and Joehunt yesterday(: Walked along Orchard and even went into A&F hahaha. The angmoh guy inside was cute :P Had training just now. Damn tiring I swear :/ Reminds me of the crazy training we had last year before the major of major races. So glad I survived. It was double xiong cos there isn't any training tomorrow. Lunched and homed after that. Face was burnt :/ Reunion dinner within the small group of family just now(: Returned and watched Crazy Stupid Love. I think it was kinda funny and unexpected especially near the ending when all of them are found to be connected and they start fighting. Glad it ended well though!(: Would rate it 3/5. Friday, January 20, 2012 Training on Saturday. Macdonald's supper with mum and bro at night(: Sushi Tei for lunch + dinner with them again on Sunday. Enjoyed my time with them and also the food :P We accidentally ordered a bit too much. But the food was great!(: Packed the house at night in preparation for CNY. The living room is finally cleared and not so cluttered anymore! :D I think that there are still things to pack though :/ Also threw away 2 out of 4 of my basketballs. Me and my craze to play basketball around 2 years ago.. Such a joke hahaha. Haven't played the sport in a long time. SAVH interview with a beneficiary for my assignment on Monday. Was so glad that it went well(: Was pretty awkward at first. The girl and guy were nice too :D Training on Tuesday and Thursday. Had Events UT2 on Thursday too. Last UT2 finally! :D But UT3 if coming in a month -_- Why so fast?): Lazy for extra training later :/ But glad I'm going out with Abigail and Joehunt for dinner after that!(: Thursday, January 12, 2012 Had Photography UT2 on Monday! Felt that it was quite alright :D Went out with Belle, Abigail and Joehunt after that!(: Thai food first before Baskin Robin's at NEX. I like their Thai milk tea! Always thick, not diluted like most of the those made locally(: The glass noodles were also not bad. Their tomyam soup may look alright but don't be deceived hahaha. I like the taste but suddenly a sharp spicy-ness will attack after the soup goes down. My favourite is always their Thai pineapple rice(: Raisins, pineapple, floss and all. Went to training late on Tuesday. Running was cut down by a bit but I still 'died' :/ Media and Society UT2 yesterday! They gave questions which I don't understand again -_- UT1 like that, UT2 also like that :/ Did extra running with Meiting and Susan after that before heading home. Training later): Body is already aching. Must. survive. running! Been sleeping late these days because of the assignments. Really need to start sleeping earlier! :/ Sunday, January 08, 2012 Was supposed to go for training this morning but I didn't :/ Woke up initially, switched off my alarm and thought 'close my eyes for a while more'. That 'a while more' became a few hours and I woke up again at 8.23am -_- Anyway school started last Tuesday): Back to the RJ days for at least another 4 weeks. Had training on the first day of school too. Need to run tons again :/ Missed The Noose that day but caught the 1st one hour espisode the week before! Really damn funny(: Enjoyed watching it! I like Enlai's Thailand accent hahah :P I think Michelle Chong's characters are the most hilarious and memorable among all of them(: Lulu was in the episode too. "Na hui gui ah FA ma!" Watched the episode I missed on XinMSN. Wasn't that funny as compared to the first. Hope this coming one will be better! :D Stayed back after school on Wednesday for Wenrong's FYP project again :/ Training on Thursday and IKEA with Joehunt, Abigail and Gloria on Friday(: Had fun as we played with the items and rooms after eating :D Had training yesterday too and did the web assignment throughout the evening and night. Am glad to say I am 98% completed :D Just need the finishing touches. That's also the reason why I 'overslept' for training this morning hahaha. Gotta complete my PD today and also revise for the Photography UT2 for tomorrow. They are seriously just throwing us everything - UT2, UT2 assignments, PD. Cannot wait ah! -_- Saturday, January 07, 2012 I'm finally going to post an update :D The angel/mortal revelation was really fun(: I had so much fun with the girls I literally forgot about my assignments(: Was late for it as I was scrambling to find my angel's presents :/ Yes, my angel is Susan! Bought her cereal, a bottle, a small carebear keychain, cookies and wrote a really long card(: Wrapped it in at least 5 layers of newspapers before disguising it with a proper wrapper on top hehehe :P Made gifts for the girls too! Keychains from my Bangkok trip and also cards which I laminated after(: Hoped they liked it! Never really handed out presents to the whole girls team before. Felt good to do that(: Surprisingly, Susan also prepared a present for her angel, me! And all along she thought it was Jiefang cos she received lotsa food :P We ate ate ate. There were tons of food as it was a potluck thing. Fishballs, hotdogs, shepherd's pie, apple pie, mini muffins (by my mum ^^), fried rice, pizza, chicken, nuggets, cheesecake, cream puffs, brownies and drinks! All of it was on a long table. It was great as we had the whole room to ourselves :D Booked some function room in Vanessa's condo. Spammed lots of polaroids with Jiefang's polaroid after that(: Tiring as we had to take 18 photos; each for everyone. But it was really fun(: Different poses and all. And our dear photographer of it all was Enwei. No wonder the photos were good ah hehehe :D Everyone headed home after the polaroid spamming as it was late and there was school the next day :/ Was carrying quite a few stuff back and wondering how.. But Amelia fetched us back! :D Meiting, Abigail, Belle and I were at the back of the mini truck as there was not enough space in front :/ It was amusing though! Nazi, Enwei, Jaden, and Esther Tan were in front. Kept laughing cos the wind was so strong on the expressway and our hair was all over the place(: Belle and I waved to cars that were behind us! Belle even waved to a bus driver and he just smiled and put his arms on the steering wheel hahaha! :P And this was what my angel gave to me(: Didn't really think that my angel would be Abigail. Heard she spent a lot of time making the card for me aww(: Thanks angel! :D I finally have a proper laptop cover instead of my broken pink bubble wrap hehehe(: Was waiting for someone to give me that. There were lots of peppermint stuff too! Goes well with my liking for peppermint(: Guess that's it for now! Really long post so I shall update again tomorrow about my week :D Sunday, January 01, 2012 HAPPY NEW YEAR 2012 ALL!(: New year, new hopes and new expectations(: There are a bunch of things I'm hoping for in 2012 and I really hope that I will get it/it will happen :D The year really went by fast.. I'm glad I blog regularly actually(: So that I won't forget all the little things that happened throughout the year, and the people I spent it with :D Sometimes I like to take some time off and read my past posts. Like you can talk about it again with the group of friends, or you can reminisce the moment because things have changed and there won't be a 2nd time. Counted down with Abigail, Belle, Cass and Joehunt(: Met the first 3 of them in the evening and went dinner/shopping for food before meeting Joehunt. Went to East Coast Park together and sat down and chatted. Guess we went for something new this year - we watched ship flares instead of the usual fireworks. It can be kind of interesting to see flares(: Like stars in the sky. Belle dropped off at MBS after that. Wanted to ton the night, didn't feel like going home but we had no where to go/nothing to do so ended up going home :/ Angel/mortal revelations tomorrow!(: Feeling quite excited for it! Gonna give presents to the girls not only my mortal :D Hoping she likes what she receives!
