Friday, December 30, 2011 Feeling kinda disappointed now. Thought that countdown could be spent with Yuen Yong they all. Who knows some busy some got partner so spend with them :/ Sigh. The assignments, problems coming up from it and also PD proposal isn't helping either. I feel like this could mean a sad end to the year. Feel like drinking it all away. On a more positive note, Melanie Amaro has won X Factor 2011(: Wanted Chris Rene to win but he didn't :/ I think it's alright though cos I think Melanie deserves it. She can finally buy a new home for her mum. Her mum so cute also :D She has always been supporting her all the way since the start of the competition and even when she got kicked out of it for a while(: How sweet. I think the Paula VS Nicole Crying Kickoff was really funny though. Of course Nicole would win she's always the one crying throughout the competition -_- Went to Jurong Bird Park with Shermaine and Charissa today(: Really appreciate that they came down to help and even paid the admission fee. Only found out that we would not have need to pay if we informed JBP earlier that we were going there to shoot some shots.. But the person will need to be there to look. Then I'd rather we pay hahaha cos we treated it like an outing anyway(: Training in a couple of hours time and I hope that the day will turn out well to at least end 2011 on a happier note(: Been around 2 weeks since I updated :/ 17th Dec - Training + Couz's birthday celebration Celebrated at his house with the rest of the family :D He's finally 18! And (kinda) legal! Hahaha not a minor anymore :P 18th to 20th Dec - Bangkok getaway!(: Went with mum, bro and tutor for a short getaway there. The trip was pretty rushed though thanks to the few hours delay on the first day there :/ Wasted our time. Didn't shop much there but kept eating :P Planned to buy some new clothes there but all of it were like XXXXXS. Some were so small it looked like baby clothes -_- 20th - Present - Really tiring 'holiday' filled with assignments and double trainings :/ I think it's the first time ever for me to be rushing through my tasks even nearing/at the end of the year. Usually I would be having fun and playing games.. But this year, I'm stuck trying to brainstorm ideas for my assignments and killing all my brain cells): Don't even have time to sit down and prepare presents for the DB girls. There's also training on the last day of 2011.. Don't know who to countdown with this year): Friday, December 16, 2011 Last day of school yesterday!(: Kinda wraps up most of the week from school and trainings :D Just motivated to work and train harder now. Don't want to be overtaken by others. Not especially when there are higher expectations placed on me. Watched half of Dolphin's Tale with family yesterday! :D Didn't feel as interested in it, don't know whether it's the movie or me being sleepy/tired :/ Went out with Yuenyong, Rozann and Sim Swen just now! Had Ajisen's for dinner and ice cream after that. Can't wait to go out with YY and the rest(: Kevjumba's new video is out! The song's in my head right now hahaha. YOUS A HO~ Love that he finally cut his hair I like him better this way(: Training tomorrow! T2 wee~ PD, 2 assignments are my current constant worries sigh): Saturday, December 10, 2011 Went prawning after school yesterday with Abigail, Belle and Joehunt!(: Did our RJ at Abigail's house and bought dinner first before heading there. It was fun :D Caught 10 prawns in 3 hours. Sounds little but not bad actually considering two of them were doing it for the first time. They caught big ones too :D That was the biggest prawn we caught :D The claws were really big. Cooked it and it tasted good(: Went home after that and slept around 2am. Slept for 3 hours and woke up at 5am for training :/ Running was alright today I guess(: Think I'm improving for the running at LSR but not so much for the rounds at school. Need to improve even more. Kept falling asleep while sitting/standing on the bus/MRT on the way home :/ Watched The Change-up just now :D Felt that it wasn't as bad as the movie reviews say. Would rate it 3.5/5. Kinda funny and gross at the same time hahaha. Training tomorrow again :/ And I really need to start on thinking up of ideas for my 2 UT2 assignments and do something about my PD. There are so many things coming and it's stressful.. Thursday, December 08, 2011 Photography excursion @ Chinatown yesterday! The weather was really sunny kept perspiring like crazy :/ Good thing it didn't rain though as it happened to the other class. Finished taking photographs kinda early so Charissa, Shermaine, Aneesa and I went to watch 50/50! :D Think I would give it a 3/5. Felt like there wasn't enough to the story. *Spoilers* Guy is happy. Guy gets cancer. Guy is sad. Guy gets cured. Guy is happy again. I have to agree that it's difficult to balance humour and seriousness though. Went home after that and had a home-cooked dinner(: I treasure home-cooked dinners so much more now so much so that I just want to have it every single day(: Real training starts later on): Sigh not looking forward to it.. Especially the running :/ As always. Just hope that they won't expect us to run really fast. Next post coming out the day after, stay tuned! :P Monday, December 05, 2011 So Regatta 2011 is finally over! Managed to bring home some medals(: Had a close fight to getting gold but i guess its alright cos we all tried our best :D We even met Yam Ah Mee there! It was awesome hahaha Vanessa and Amy were the most excited about it :P It's funny how he takes photos thrice too. It was also Amelia's last race): Sigh receiving gifts from Amelia and Susan early in the morning on Saturday made us all start tearing up :/ I guess it ended well though(: Really motivated to train up for next race now. Last UT1 on Monday. Finally(: UT2 in like 2 weeks though -_- Had a whole week of rest after the race. Although there was still school, it feels more shiok than school holiday cos we have even more trainings during holidays :/ Went to club for the first time which was kinda boring considering that it was on a Tuesday, went drinking, had fun, outings with family(: Training starts tomorrow :/ The break was great while it lasted, but it's time to get back to work for the next race. God knows when our next break will be. I just want to train harder and lose more when training starts again.
