there is something wrong with my blogskin. so, im going to change it when i have the time. but, i have no time now because i have a mid term exam on friday and its business law. so i have to spend a lot of time cramming in knowledge about the australian legal system. it is actually quite interesting . but not for some topics.. such as land and property law. I wonder how is yao going to suffer through those.

but, i think that contract law and intellectual property law is very interesting. haha..

tell me... how m i supposed to cram in knowledge in such a crash course. im learning a little of everything that these lawyers are learning! arghh..

So thats why im giving myself a break before going back to hit the books again. how i wish for holidays to come so that i can see sweetie dew, my family and friendly. then i can tell singapore how much i appreciate and love her.

I know theres a reason for me coming here and although i might tell everyone that it sucks and all, i do not regret it because coming here had allowed me to see the realities of life. coming here has also allowed me to become more independent. Coming here has also helped me to meet great friends that i will keep for the rest of my life. Coming here has made me appreciate my heritage.

yeah.. and so on.

and i believe things all happen for a reason. and so, we should work by these reasons to grow stronger instead of letting them conquer us and we falter.

i know, all of u must be thinking, there she goes, preaching again

but hey! theres some sense in what i'm saying. i'm sure all of you agree. hehe..

it is only until i came here that i recognised myself as asian. before that, i have never thought of it this way. i only felt i was proudly singaporean and that all.

i realised that in the midst of my upload, some photos did not get uploaded and i dunnu why. but im lazy to upload them again. though.. some of them were really great photos! such as the one i took with 2 harley davidson bikes. the peopl there are really nice. they just let us take photo with the bikes after we have asked for permission. =)


On saturday itself, we also went shopping at DFO where we bought designer products and stuff. so.. now im broke, seriously broke. i have no $$ would u like to gimme some?



I never got to buying that dress though. audrey did. i think i look nice in it. =x hehehehe. but.. i bought way too many items alr..

We then headed on to Max Brenner's for Chocolate! find it familiar? it can be found in Singapore at Esplanade too !

Legend has that the max brenner's here tastes much better than the already superb one in Sg. well.. im here to dispel the myth. it tastes exactly the same and just as orgasmic.

At night, we went to Her Majesty's theatre to watch a play. if im not wrong, melbourne is the cultural capita of aussie. so.. of course when ure there, u should catch a play eh!

we watched Monty Python's Spamalot. Very much of British humour. but nonetheless entertaining. though.. i would much prefer broadway productions still.

On sunday, we rose n shone ( -.-"") ( is there such a thing?) early at 730 and headed on to the famous victoria market..
