Who doesn't love a decorated gingerbread fresh from the oven.
This card represents the sweet side of the holidays with these
cute gingerbread brads from the Eyelet Outlet. The 
packet comes with both girl and boy gingerbreads.

The scene was framed in silver glitter washi tape.
Also included were clear gems and a poinsettia brad
on the cook's apron.

It's a family tradition...

 Do you have family Christmas traditions?

With Christmas only days away, it is time to start our Christmas goodie baking! We love baking together and making memories as a family! I thought this 6x6 card would be a cute "invite" to come bake Christmas cookies! I started with the adorable gingerbread cookie image and colored her in using alcohol markers. I added the matte red enamel dot for her holly berry and green glitter enamel dots to her dress for additional sparkle! I created a banner for the bottom using the black glitter washi to border my "cookies" sentiment. Lastly I embellished with the adorable gingerbread brads!

I hope you have time this holiday season to make memories that will last a lifetime!

Gingerbread Kisses and Christmas Wishes!

Does your family make Christmas cookies together?

I love Christmas traditions! One of our family traditions is Christmas baking!! And gingerbread cookies are a favorite!! When I received these adorable little Gingerbread cookie brads, I couldn't wait to create a fun "baking" themed card!! I used a cute gingerbread cookie rubber stamp for my focal point and colored her in with markers! I added the sparkly enamel dots for her buttons! I layered my gingerbread cookie on a stamped recipe card image! Lastly, I embellished my recipe card with the adorable little gingerbread cookie brads! Wouldn't this card be fun to attach to a bag of homemade gingerbread cookies? Your loved ones would love that! Can't you just see the smiles of those who receive a cute gingerbread card with homemade goodies!  Today's card entitled, "JOY", is designed not only to bring a smile to your face during this holiday season, but can also be a card that uses up leftover supplies!

 

The JOY sentiment uses the Eyelet Outlet Gold Glitter Washi Tape and the Diamond Press JOY die.  Next is the pleasant discovery of leftover Christmas paper scraps:  flocked holly paper along with green embossed suede paper.  The last supply search is checking out the Eyelet Outlet holiday brads (listed below) I had available; there were only one of some and only a small quantity of others.  

It is now time for the card assembly.  Some Brads are placed on the JOY sentiment while others lined up on either side of the sentiment.  The Red Glitter Washi Tape is cut in half and placed at the top and bottom of the middle green strip.

A Gift For You

 

Today's card entitled "A Gift For You" features Eyelet Outlet's Gingerbread Boys and Girls freshly baked and packaged in a gift jar ready for distribution to family, friends, and neighbors.  What a lovely gesture to do during the holiday season!

Although the jar could be a shaker element, in this case it isn't as it is packed with gingerbread and seasonal candies.  The card is also adorned with Holly Brads and Mixer and Cup Brads.
