Wait a minute.
As has been so clearly documented in this blog, the typical taser hit received during so-called taser training is almost always applied to the idiot volunteers' backs, legs, anywhere except across the upper left chest. [FAKEs]
It would be very surprising if this study changed the normal taser "training" protocol and had all these taser hits applied to the idiot volunteers' chest, especially the upper left, and the cycle repeated several times.
The journal in question requires a subscription. So I'm not in a position to review the entire article to see it speaks to these critical details.
But if my suspicions about dart placement are correct, then this study is inherently misleading.
