The kids still love to visit Legoland. Recently Ruby ran into a princess and was over the moon excited.
Dallin and Lily went on the little train ride in Duplo Village, they were all smiles and giggles, it was pretty darling.

Happy 4th Birthday Ruby!
It's hard to believe that our little Ruby turned 4 years old. Gordon and her decided that she had to have a birthday party this year (since she has NEVER had one). They were making me feel a little guilty for about 1 second but then I quickly came to my senses and realized that she really is only 4.
Gordon had basketball the morning of her birthday and when we got back home, one of our friends had dropped off a card and cupcakes for her, she was super excited!
We were suppose to have her little party at the park but it rained a TON, so we moved it inside (17+ kids and parents) made for a memorable couple of hours.
The kids went on a "gem hunt" through the house and found all sorts of gems, Ruby loved it. The kids then counted and sorted their gems.
We also had a treasure hunt and they all did a great job of finding it.
Ruby was so darling at the end of the day she said, "Mommy, thank you SO much for my princess party, I had SO much fun and I loved having my friends come to my house!" This little thank you made it all worth it! Love you forever Ruby Rose!

A Date With Ruby
I had the opportunity to take just Ruby girl out to frozen yogurt the other day since mom was here. She was absolutely darling and couldn't stop laughing, smiling and dancing. Having my full attention was exactly what she wanted. She scooped about 5 jelly bellies on her yogurt and that was plenty for her. She ate her jelly beans and then offered most of her yogurt to me. We talked about school, life, and her wanting to be a princess when she grows up. Pretty perfect for a 3 year old right?!? I got her a new pair of shoes that I gave her while we were on our little adventure together and she was SOoo excited. This little Ruby lights up our lives each and everyday. How grateful I am that she is ours!

3 Year Old Rubism
First thing Ruby tells me this morning is, "When I get bigger I still like jewelry." This girl is so funny to me. She thinks and talks about jewelry, anything sparkly, and princesses, most of the day.
