My little boy wanted to be a super hero for halloween. He kept running around the house with a blanket tied around his neck for a cape. I thought it was time for a real cape. I bought some fabric thinking I would make an elaborate super hero cape but found this great tutorial at the southern institute and made one easy peasy in 5 minutes. It's made out of an old T shirt. That's my kind of costume! He loves it and doesn't care how much time went into it because now he's a superhero. The tutorial has nice close ups.
