Springy

First, don't forget to vote for your favorite story from the HONE YOUR SKILLS Blogfest. There's a poll on my sidebar. Voting ends on Thursday (tomorrow) at 11:59 PM eastern US time (-5 GMT).

Today the weather is forecast as bright and sunny and 74 degrees F. So I ask you:

What are you doing inside reading blogs??
(not that I want you to leave.... that's not what I'm saying!)

Have a break at work? Go outside and take a walk.

At home with the kids? I bet they'd love to go play in the park.

My plan for today, when I don't have class or work, is to sit outside with my notebook and do some plotting/rewriting while soaking up the vitamin D.

How are you celebrating spring?

PS--To our friends in the southern hemisphere: In a spattering of locations, it looks like your weather is still quite nice, so I hope you're enjoying it, too :)

Oh, I wish it was 74 degrees!

It's about 40 degrees here and they are predicting snowfall tonight. And it was almost all melted too!

Spring and summer are torture for writers. The only season for writers is sitdownandfuckingwrite. It's an unhappy season.

Um, no. Here in Oregon the sky is a whitewashed pale gray. Dull, boring. Great day to blog. LOL Enjoy your sun!!

I went out and poof... both eyes swelled up. So much for vitamin D. But I'm sitting here waiting for us to go green (tornado watch). So yes springy isn't it?! :)

How did YOU get all the good weather?! Hoarder! I got a windchill of 14. We just do NOT live far enough apart to justify this disparity! UNFAIR! FOUL, I cry!

Freaking Michigan. Hmph.

Love to write outside.

the only thing I love about spring are the plants and everything getting green again.
I'm one of those people who hide in their caves when the summer begins and don't come out until October :)
