Famous Pudding in Macau

After the last church, we were pretty exhausted under the hot sun and decided to stop by this char chan teng located at the main square area which we noticed upon arrival.

I know Macau is famous for their milk and egg pudding; believed by the Hongkies for beauty:)

Lots of choices on the menu....wow:)

Although I don't really like eggs, I find the egg pudding here really smooth:)

I am also no milk-lover, but this was also smooth and the red beans were pre-cooked before topping the pudding. Nice:)

Sardine bun with spicy sambal...this was toasted and was really fragrant:)

Churches and St Paul's Ruins

One thing I noticed in Macau was the beautiful churches they have in the small island.
The very fact that the size of their churches or rather, cathedrals really amazed me!

Of course, this culture was influenced by the fact that Macau was under the influence of Portuguese before; where most of the nation were Christians and one of their main objectives during their conquer was to spread Christianity.

I felt like I was in Rome!:)



The cathedrals are all so huge from the outside; and even the interior was not disappointing

I was so happy to be able to see such beautiful churches; really feels like I am in a Holy Land; surrounded by angels!~

Another famous tourist spot in Macau is this famous mansion belonging to one of the richest merchant back then in the olden days.

Unfortunately it was closed on the day we were there; tough luck!



It was really hot in Macau; compared to Hong Kong island and dehydration was getting to us that we stopped by for a refreshing drink

Really cool and refreshing on such a HOT day!!

YUMMY!! I love fruits!! Such a variety of fruits in it - grapes, strawberries, kiwis, watermelon, mangos and even dragonfruit!!
All my favorite fruits (with the exception of mango:p)

Macau is also really famous for its narrow streets and lanes





And the main mode of transportation are these cute scooters:)
