Does anybody know what this is?
I have no clue what it was...

But add a perfectly chippy salvaged gray trim piece...

...and a little snow and some mini trees.

I made these little votive holders a few years ago by gluing a little ceramic insulator to a mini mold...perfect spot for a tiny tree :)

And you've got yourself another simple, junky decorating idea.

I gave it a place of "honor" in the guest bathroom :)

Mini Mold Pumpkins...inspired by Organized Clutter...

Chipping with Charm: Organized Clutter's Mini Mold Pumpkinsh
Have you seen these little jello mold pumpkins by Carlene at Organized Clutter??  I was "in love" from the moment I saw them.

You might remember that I too enjoy turning random things into pumpkins. I think Carlene and I are are cut from the same junk "mold"...pun intended ;)

Bundt Pan Wreath and MORE :)

I just couldn't resist making a "few" for the booth.  And can you believe I used all things I had "on hand"??

I had an assortment on molds in my stash.

Some I lightly painted and distressed.

The stems were some plastic knobs I had purchased a while back at IKEA...just in case.  They came in handy in an unexpected way.
I used Gorilla Super Glue to adhere them to the top.  (I only used molds with a plain top...no bumps or JELLO for a better seal)

When the glue dried, I wrapped the knob with twine and tied on a little button/mini leaf combo for embellishment.  Then I twisted in a little rusty spring remnant.  I knew I save those for a reason!!

So what do you think?  Does it look like a pumpkin?

Here they are all marked and ready to head to our booth at ANTIQUES DOWNTOWN.

Thanks Carlene for another clever idea!!  If you like this...you'll have to check out her other fun JUNK PUMPKINS and her adorable little POT LID SNOWMAN.  Cute, cute, cute :)

Another "Sweet" Wreath...

When I saw this jello mold at the thrift store I couldn't resist making another sweet little wreath.
(Sorry about the dark pictures...this corner is bad for lighting...I am actually snapping these photos with a lamp in my hand.  It "kinda" worked...hehe)

You might remember the one I made with the paper rosettes last spring.  You can find it HERE.
(Much better lighting in this spot...no lamp needed ;)

I was actually planning to take this wreath to sell at Drawers of Davlee this weekend...but when I hung it on this grate to take a picture to show you all, I liked it so much I decided I should keep it for a while...

I need another wreath like I need a hole in my head :)
In fact, you may know I have a little wreath "obsession"...I'm thinking about doing a post with all the wreaths I've made over the year.  What do you think?
