I'm an extreme introvert, and it's probably healthier for me if I don't post here - writing should never be a substitute for actual human interaction.

Perhaps I'll update a little here and there, but don't expect very much.

Much has changed since the last post; I am very tempted to shut this blog down once and for all because it is - obviously - going dead.

I've amassed a huge number of readings, none of which I have actually touched. Excellent.

I don't usually do tagboard replies, but hey, I haven't had tags in ages! So here goes:

Kinnari: Yeah but that only works within RJ :/ normally RJ people will take care to ask first before passing judgment ("Are you from HP?" "Oh no wonder okay") and all is well. But I refer to those annoying aunties you see randomly who are like your parents' friends' friends or something and they kpo in your subject combi because they're bored. They have this look of superior glee on their faces because THEIR kid, unlike loser me, did Science at YJC or something.

Just tell them you went for the IB la! Then suan A levels by telling them that Brit kids anyhowly do 4 subjects also can pass A levels but IB is actually rigorous and stuff.

I don't know if it's just me being oversensitive (and I sincerely hope it is), but people (not from RJ) who ask me what subj combi I'm doing in JC always give me That Look when I tell them I'm in Arts and doing HELM.

You know, the "omg poor thing I feel so sorry for you that you didn't do well enough to get into the science stream" look.

SO LET ME TELL YOU THIS, PEOPLE WHO FEEL SORRY FOR ME.

1. Even if I got 2.0s for everything, RJ would have let me take a science combi
2. I didn't do badly for Science at all in Sec4!!! In fact, while I only got 4 4.0s, 2 of them were for Physics/Math so stop staring at me like I'm some sad person who had no choice but to do Arts
3. What's so bad about doing Humanities subjects?!

(Also, I know people think HP and Arts are like two different things but deal with it, our class prefixes are still 'A' and we do the same subjects. How different can it get -.-)

Crappiest CNY ever! On the bright side, I'm almost done altering all my skirts. Yay.

Annoying Journalist (the guy who was assigned to write the article on the WPYW essay competition and argued with me for half an hour and insisted that being interviewed is an honour and eventually agreed to reduce the size of the WP article and hide it in a less obvious corner of the page) is a HP senior!

Actually, he won't know this but talking to him made me want to be a journalist at the ST Political Desk too.

This is amusing.

I CANNOT STAND HOW HP IS CALLED "HUMANZ".

With a 'z' at the back, instead of an 's' like normal people. Twitting the name does not make the programme any cooler!!

I am annoyed, because now I'll actually have to call it that because it's its name and if I refer to it by any other name no one will get what I'm talking about. Bleh.
