Happy Friday!

Halloween is right around the corner... and I haven't planned a thing. We don't have costumes, pumpkins or plans. That's what this weekend is for, right?

I love the idea of leftover halloween candy bark. Such an easy recipe and a crowd pleaser the next week in the office! Here's a past recipe and guide for peppermint bark. So good. So easy.

To be honest, it isn't my favorite holiday. But I am looking forward to staying in with the bird and handing out candy to the trick-or-treaters in our neighborhood. I always love seeing the fun costumes.

Pinterest: Home Inspiration

We aren't back in our own home yet after moving back from Dublin. But I am so excited to get back in and set it all up.

I've also heard good things about Houzz... so I might need to sign up for an account there too. I love the neutrals and bright whites. This bedroom works well since we have dark hardwood floors throughout our home.

Midweek Musings

Today's third edition of midweek musings comes in the form of lovely Pinterest finds.

The weather here is gloomy again today and I thought this board would brighten things up a bit.

Dreaming of spring

Today, I am dreaming of spring. I'm feeling much better finally! And the sun is shining. Perfect day for a bright spring board.

Blush pink is so spring to me. Here are some lovely things on my wishlist this spring:

Pinterest lately

I haven't done a Pinterest recap in some time. So I thought I would share what's been trending around my Pinterest page.

Apparently, I am loving all things stripes and anything cozy. Which makes sense in Dublin. It's already so chilly, windy and rainy out.

It also seems I need to add a bit more color into my world.

So I will leave you some festive pink mixed with bubbles and tulle.

And lastly, I wanted to share one of the gifts I got for the bird for our one-year wedding anniversary!

I had our vows written in calligraphy by the oh-so-talented Lauren from A Fabulous Fete. It was shipped to my parent's house... and I can't wait to see it in person when we go home in December!

Transition into Fall

It has officially transitioned into fall in Dublin. It's colder, windier and darker already. Time to bring the fall and winter clothes back out: boots, scarves and lots of layers.
