Hats - Food - Cleaning - Curtis - MORE Food - A Date

The boys are really starting to play together and I love it. Now I can't wait for Ryan to be able to play make believe with Jackson - I am tired of pretending to be Maggie!!
And yes, that's my ankle now three times the normal size. This week I just had to buy shoes for the next couple of months... SIZE 8.5 WIDE! Oh boy :)
Jackson doesn't let Ryan eat alone - it's actually been a nice way of getting Jackson to eat more often!Gotta love my boys - This house is spotless one minute and destroyed the next so it's nice to have some help in the maintenance of it all.
Happy 29th Curtis! We were so glad that Curtis chose one of our favorite restaurants for his birthday - Rattlers, YUM YUM! Andrew went a little crazy with the pictures - and then I couldn't decide which to post!

PEANUTBUTTER&JELLY - His new favorite!
So I am really trying to work on my issue with leaving my kids - I have a very difficult time doing it when it's not necessary... although I guess some would argue that a date night is necessary from time to time. Anyway, last night we had plans to go with the Elder's Quorum to the Santa Clarita Improv BUT it didn't start until 8pm. So... we either had to make my parents sit on our couch until who knows when or we could send the kids to their house, give them some playing time and then just have them sleep there. Well, that's what we did. It's awesome to have family so close and even better, it's awesome to have family that wants to take our kids.
But what I am really impressed about (aside form the fact that I didn't cry this time), is that the kids were bathed, fed, dressed, hair done even, and at our meeting spot before church at 8:50am - yep, pretty impressive for a couple of old grandparents huh :) JK, they're actually rather young, which is maybe why they were able to pull it off! Thanks again!!

Ryan is just getting cuter by the day! I can't believe you only have a couple more months to go. It's great that you are getting as much time alone with Andrew as possible, once Andi is here who knows how long before you guys can have date nights. Then again, you do have a great family who I'm sure will be willing to take all three any day. :)
