Predicta-Bull finds a collector's edition "Predicta-Bull #1" in the dollar bin...

Superhero triptych!  Ska-BLAM!

On a side note, whose idea was it to make sketchbooks 9x12, and flatbed scanners 8 1/2 x 11?  Probably the same guy who decided to sell hotdogs in packages of ten and buns by the dozen!  Anyway, I had a whole page of very rough doodles like the ones above, and was just going to post the whole shebang... but you can probably guess how that turned out.  Ah well, Super Unicorn Guy will have to wait for another day.

On another side note, Comic-Con was a blast this year, but boy am I exhausted!  The above image pretty much describes my emotional journey this weekend.  But don't get me wrong; I can't wait until next year!

If I had a super suit and a rooftop overlooking the city, I'm pretty sure this is how I'd live life.

Topic for 7/18 to 7/24

Hi everyone! It's that wonderful time in San Diego again: Comic-Con! Although Anthdrawlogy is becoming increasingly international, we might as well celebrate this epic event while we can. Without further ado, the topic for this week is:

COMIC BOOKS!

Any aspect of them, of course! Reading them, content, etc. Good luck, you drawing superheroes, you!

Also, please welcome Peter Hong and Ella German! Peter is a incredibly talented artist friend of Adam's and Ella was originally invited, but due to a typo (erp!) didn't get the invite until a few days ago. So! Welcome, all!
