Hello all and welcome to a new Topical Tuesday! This week I had to get a move on as it was my turn to put something together, and I haven't stamped in weeks!! I had a 21st card to make last weekend which I did, but didn't have time to photograph would you believe lol!
This week I thought I'd go to one of our silhouette sets - Fanciful Flowers - and play with colouring and shading the silhouette images.
You can see the strokes of the pencils and I think it almost makes it look as though I drew the flowers...what do you think?? This is of course what a lot of stampers have done with character images, something I haven't tried as yet :)
To match my flowers I simply swiped the side of my white card base with DI Worn Lipstick then attached my top panels.
Here's my video for today, and I hope you enjoy watching!!
Have a lovely evening everyone!
Hugs for now,
Andrea

WOW! Love this beautiful card and the great design. The tutorial video is fabulous. I never concidered stamping with a color and then using my pencils over it. I'm so going to try this one. Thanks! You could enter this in the Loves Rubberstamps Challenge this week.
ReplyDeleteLove your gorgeous card Andrea and thanks for the great video xx
ReplyDeleteAwesome tutorial and beautiful card Andrea. I simply love the results.
ReplyDeleteI love it! Love the idea of coloring over the stamping with pencils. Would you mind listing the colors you used?
