Joy's Life Design Team Project Day!!

Well, hello all my crafty friends!! It is that day of the week were I get to share with you my Joy's Life Design Team Project.. I created a cute little fitness goodie bag for my workout buddy.. So, here is my project:





The supplies I used:

* All Around Sentiments Stamps by Joy's Life ( Joy’s store )
*" Be Yourself" stamp set (Close to my Heart)
*Paper (the Paper Studio & some from my scrap pile)
*Black Marker
*Black Ink
*Twine
*Cellophane Bag
*Homemade Granola Bars

Energy Bars

Ingredients:
*1 bag (8oz) Nuts (almonds, peanuts, ect)
*1 1/2 cups Oats, quick cooking
*1 1/2 cups Dried Fruit
*2/3 cup Pancake Syrup
*1 tsp Cinnamon

Preheat Oven to 275

Lightly spray baking pan.. Finely grind nuts, combine all the ingredients, and stir well.. Using wet fingers, press the mixture into the pan, and bake for 1 hour.. Allow bars to cool thoroughly while still in the pan.. Slice into bars and enjoy :0)
