A Bold Floral

Pantsuit: Liberty of London for Target; Shoes: Sole Society (c/o); Handbag: Rebecca Minkoff via Gilt;
Sunnies: MARC by Marc Jacobs; Bracelets: Silpada/Gorjana/Millsaps; Earrings: Silpada;
Lip Color: Mary Kay Mystic Plum (c/o Style Hunters)

I love a good pantsuit and this one is no exception! I haven't worn it in a while and I think it's because its so memorable. The large, bold print is truly unforgettable and a little hard to re-style. I've loved all the past looks so why mess with past successes, right? All I did this time was switch out the self-belt for a wide patent leather version. Super simple for a piece that's so bold!

I am loving this new lip color from Mary Kay! It's a great color that helps you transition to those darker colors for fall with ease. I'm all about transitional pieces right now!

A Bold Floral

Dress: Milly via Gilt; Shoes: Stuart Weitzman; Jacket: Levi's; Belt: J.Crew Factory;
Necklace: Ann Taylor; Sunnie: Prada; Lip Color: MAC It Girl

The day I wore this dress, I got free coffee! That's right. The guy behind the counter told me it was a "looking pretty discount"! I felt pretty all day! See, it "pays" to try a little!

I love this dress but felt like it might be challenging to style from the last time I wore it, seen here. Turns out, it was easier than I thought! I changed out the shoes, put on a statement necklace, added a slim belt in a complimentary color and my denim jacket for the cool office temp. I love it! And, a fuschia lip ties it all together!

Reunited!!

Jacket: Harold's; Top: Ann Taylor; Skirt: LOFT; Shoes: Banana Republic;
Sunnies: MARC by Marc Jacobs; Necklace: Tiffany

My stripe top and I have finally been reunited and it feels so good! I have been looking for this top for almost two months! Guess where I found it? Wadded up on the top shelf of my closet! I haven't a clue how it got there, I mean I know I put it there, but haven't a clue why!

 Remember last week when I blogged about layering for warmer months? This floral patch denim jacket has been around for years, however I can't remember the last time I wore it. I thought it was only appropriate to pair it with the long lost top. And I love how all of these pieces play off of the red pencil skirt. I truly felt like I stepped out of a fashion comfort zone by wearing a bold red skirt, stripes and florals in one look! I hope this trend continues!
