Waffle Flower STAMPtember Exclusive Oversized Wishes

Today they're introducing the Waffle Flower exclusive called Oversized Wishes. This is a fabulous sentiment set - and yes there is a coordinating die cut set.

Wishes got me thinking of magical things so some rainbows and unicorns seemed perfect. I started with a Distress Ink Rotating Rays background in soft shades. Next I topped it with the Rotating Sunburst in darker colors. And Finally to fill the open white spaces I applied the Rotating Rays again and inked in lighter colors. A splatter of ink and water soften things up a bit.

Next I stamped the Oversized Wishes sentiment with Versafine Onyx Black. Die Cut clouds from the Rustic Rainbow set are the perfect place to nestle a few Unicorns.

STAMPtember Exclusive - Pretty Pink Posh

Today they're revealing a brand new collaboration with Pretty Pink Posh! I love they're cute critters, beautiful florals and easy to recognize stitched die cuts.

This card starts out with a snowscape made with some border Stacked Edges 1 die cuts to create some snowy hills. Along the top of the card stock card I stamped a sentiment from the SKIIING BEAR and some colorful snowflakes.

I fussy cut all the images but there is a coordinating die set available that matches this set. I adhered images with adhesive foam tape to add some dimension and a sprinkle of jewels to add some sparkle and shine.

Stamptember - Reverse Confetti Autumn Blessings

We'll the party has started ! Have you been checking it out? Simon Says Stamp is celebrating STAMPtember! What? You've never heard of STAMPtember??!!

In addition to great new products and give aways we love that Simon Says Stamp collaborates with your favorite designers to create exclusive sets you can only find at Simon Says Stamp and only while supplies last.

This set called Autumn Blessings is a collaboration with Reverse Confetti! This stamp and die is an exclusive so you can only find it at Reverse Confetti and only while supplies last.

These pretty flowers remind me of Van Gogh's Sunflowers! I colored them with Copic markers in sunny colors.

I framed them with the Oval Window background die that I inked with distress oxide in ombre shades of blue.

If you look close you'll see that I added some glossy accents to the flower centers so if you turn it at an angle you'll see some shine.

Fusion Valentine Gnome

Hi friends! I hope you're having a great day! If you're looking for a new challenge you'll find another winner at Fusion Card Challenge. You'll love this challenge because there are three ways to play.. you can play along with the sketch, be inspired by the photo, or FUSE them together and play with BOTH!

My first look is always at the photo.. I guess that makes me a "visual" thinker. This time we have a neutral tablescape.. I spy black and white hearts, some gnomes, woodgrain and a message of love and kisses. What do I really see? LOTS OF NEUTRALS! You know me.. not a big fan of neutrals.. I'm addicted to color but I'm going to do my best! Not loving the photo? That's ok.. just play along with the sketch!

My card started with the Simon Says Stamp Gnome on a background of woodgrain, newsprint and graph paper all from Simple Stories 6x8" pads. You can see a complete list below.

Of course I had to sneak some hearts in here! I added some die cut Stacked Hearts.. and more neutrals some WASHI. I love a little bling.. so I added silver glitter hearts to the background.

The message is clear.. BIG HUGS! I'm not a big fan of neutrals but I'm happy that I tried, and I think this one will make a nice surprise for Mr. J.

Fusion Challenge - Merry Joy Cheer & LOTS of Sales!

Hi friends! I hope you're having a great day! If you're looking for a new challenge you'll find another winner at Fusion Card Challenge. You'll love this challenge because there are three ways to play.. you can play along with the sketch, be inspired by the photo, or FUSE them together and play with BOTH!

The challenge this time is called Merry Joy Cheer! I love all the red green and white in the photo. If you look close you'll also see a gnome covering the jar in the center. I also spy some candy canes, cocoa, a bitty tree and oooh that string of pom poms!

The first gnome I thought of in my stash was the Simon Says Stamp Large Gnome. I die cut and assembled this little guy and gave some thought to the background.

I wanted some candy cane stripes and of course some lime and red. The background is the Simon Says Stamp Stitched Whirl Background. I added some red borders along the top and bottom using the Wavy Scallop Stitched border. 

To lighten up the background I added some Stacked Stars cut from white card stock. The white helps prevent the Merry Christmas Script from disappearing into the background.
