that i've stop blogging since????
Coming to a new year 2008.... 2007 has passed really fast, it's just like a flash.
About my job and work:
I'm with the currently for 1 year and coming 3 months, it's my longest employment... haha..... i'm still happy here but workload getting heavier and more responsibility, wonder my next year increment and bonus will increased and alot?
My current interest:
I'm now into MAXI dresses. Yes, the long dresses is finally here. It's has already been seen worn by many celebrities in Hollywood: Paris Hilton (frequent wearer), Lindsay Lohan etc but it all started off with Kate Moss. Been doing a lot of surfing on this and there's some brands that I am eyeing.....
but I'm glad i managed to get 3 from ASOS, one is from French Connection. cost abt 60+ SGD (including shipping) a good catch i think. I'm broke this month, spending abt 180SGD on these dresses.
the reason y i loved maxi is because i've always loved long dresses, so ladylike. It also showed that we can wear it in day time (beach, shopping, chill out) not necessary for a wedding dinner.One best reason is I need not have to shave or pluke my leg hair in order to wear skirt :P
Another item i'm into and die die want and must get is GHD. I got to get one after i get my bonus and it's not cheap, cost abt $400 SGD which includes shipping cos it a UK brand... Damn, why everything good stuffs is from UK? It's has many raves and worth the buying....

The 2nd day of work in 2007, my boss had reviewed me. He said today he will decide whether I will be confirmed or asked to go which he said again, had never asked a staff to go....
He was happy with my performance... give me gd increment n gd pro rated bonus.... I was so happy n unexpected of all these...
As compared to my other ex company that i had worked for, my confirmation and increment were on time n wonderful.... Thank God for the blessing....

It's been a while my blog..... haha
Had celebrated Collene's and Serene's birthday, pok's birthday, kim's wedding, christmas and now counting down to a brand new year.....
Year 2006 has been quite ok for me, lots of ups n downs, my two relatives passed away due to cancer spreading very fast, but then gain friends and good friend whom i know will be there for me when i'm desperate
Though not a christian or catholic, but i believe GOD is helping n guiding me along the way, for all these, I thank HIM...
I am hoping a few things in year 2007, of which is my confirmation, increment n bonus... haha...
I pray that the coming year will continue to be a pleasant n happy year for me, for my father n brother, my families and friends.......

It was my company D & D on Friday... and we were granted to work till 2pm so we have ample time to dress up....
Went to my colleague hse to change n make up cos she drive..... then head down to Far East Plaza to get our hair thong
What I requst was a big curl, after which to pin up my fringe.... cos the other seem to have the same hairstyle, small curls and half tied
Realised my hair style look a bit like the main lead actress in Goong.... *puke*
Took abt one and a half hour for all 3 of us to finish the hairdo... after which proceed to Regent Hotel.... As I told the rest, we better took lots of pictures
Taken in the toilet.... jokes...........
Our company's theme is Hollywood , Bollywood so there are lawyers who dressed as cleopatra, James Bond, pirate of the Carribean, Crocodile dandile, an the evil queen costume in snow white.... and of course some India costume.... so nice.............
The MC was one of the lawyer, so cute n funny.... his rules: to laugh at everything he said....
We had food, games and lucky draw....
The games were: Best dressed - female and male, best karaoke- female and male, best dancing shoe-female and male, drinking beer competition, and a game like getting the items that was listed on the list....
Pai sei was being nominated by the rest to do dancing on stage.... arrgghhh had embrassed myself on stage.........
Lucky draw was divided in 3 parts, 1 and 2 part, prizes whick i think not so attractive... luckily i belong to the last part, and got myself a microwave oven..... haha "better than nothing" was what i said on the stage and heard by the MC.... so pai sei
At the end of the dinner, we had dancing time, cool.... like in disco, almost everybody danced in the dance floor and I was being grabbed by my boss to join in with him, luckily there were other lawyers and secretaries also joined in..... so fun and wild for that night but too bad i had to be Cinderella as Andy came to pick me up at 11.45pm.... I'm glad that I had joined in to a wonderful n good company

ITs been a long time since I last saw my this pretty primary school friend.... We met cos both of us are looking for dress for our D&D in November, we are just 10 days apart....
We met @ abt 6.45pm, went to Lavender shop full of dresses, but more for those bridesmaid dress, not really much choice as the same design of dress can be many different colours.... there one i think which is the prettiest among all, cost $418!!!! Crazy, not going to buy that n not worth it too....
Went robinson, warehouse and then esprit. That a dress which i like, so retro n 70s, i love it, but too simple for my D&D, but she don't mind wearing simple, so she gave a try.... anyway there's no my size.
I must say i have a gd judgement, she really carry the feel of the dress well. What more, she's a C............. haha...
I gave her some suggestion on how to wear, oh my, i shld become a fashion consultant......
We had little time to sit down n talk, but its an enjoyable experience as it's our first time together doing our shopping....
One last thing, one of her poly friend is my current colleague.....Such a small world...
Guess who I saw when I was on my way from Plaza Sing to Somerset today..... Senior Minister LEE KWAN YEW.....
