Well the last few days has been a little tough. A few birthday dinners and cake and a few extra beverages that I wouldn't normally consume but we are back on track. Yesterday afternoon I gave myself a good half hour workout cause I was short on time.
I had a good run on the treadmill then decided to set myself up on a little circuit:
-30 sec toe ups
-30 sec pushups
-30 sec jump jacks
-30 sec fast bicep curls
-30 sec burpees
-30 sec delt raises
repeat 3x
Tonight I am off for another run. I am trying to increase my running time. I feel like I need to get a good hour workout in...burn off some of the crap food...
