185 days to go!
Well I awoke this morning not feeling too bad. I ran on the treadmill last night for 40 minutes. I am starting out run 1 minute/walk 1 minute for 30min then I do some sprints at the end. My legs did feel like they were gunna BURN off at about the 10 minute mark but I pushed thru and was able to carry on. I guess you need to get out of your comfort zone to see results. Well let me tell you, sprinting after 30 minutes is definatley NOT comfortable.
So I am eating a salad for dinner tonight. It's pretty tasty. I don't know if I should have eaten before I go running or after? I did, however, get sucked into eating 2 gummy hearts at work today.
Well, I am off for day number 2!
