At Baymard we’ve just released a new UX benchmark of Native Mobile Apps, thereby expanding our existing Mobile Apps benchmark with 9 new UX case studies.

This adds to our existing e-commerce UX benchmark, and builds on our large-scale Mobile Apps testing and Premium research findings.

9 New Mobile Apps UX Case Studies

The 9 apps added to our Mobile Apps benchmark have been manually assessed across our 360+ research-based UX parameters relevant to Mobile Apps, resulting in 2,200+ weighted UX performance scores and 2,200+ worst and best practice examples.

For the benchmark, we rated 9 new mobile apps (bringing our total for the Mobile Apps benchmark to 20 apps): GAP, Etsy, Nordstrom, Target, Crate & Barrel, Best Buy, Lowe’s, Build.com, and Marks & Spencer.
