Creating the class “NumberOfGrades.java”:

• Import required packages.
• Define the class “NumberOfGrades”.
  • Define the “main ()” method.
    • Create an object for “Scanner” class.
    • Declare required variables.
    • Get the 1^st score from the user.
    • Do till the user entered score is greater than or equal to 0 using “while” condition.
      • Check if the score is greater than or equal to 90.
        • Increment the value of “Acnt”.
      • Check if the score is greater than or equal to 80.
        • Increment the value of “Bcnt”.
      • Check if the score is greater than or equal to 70.
        • Increment the value of “Ccnt”.
      • Check if the score is greater than or equal to 60.
        • Increment the value of “Dcnt”.
      • Else
        • Increment the value of “Fcnt”.
      • Get the scores from the user.
    • Calculate the total number of grades and store it in a variable “total_Count”.
    • Print the result.
