MADRID DROP POINTS AGAIN AT LAS PALMAS
Real Madrid needed a second-half Vinicius penalty to avoid a shock defeat at Las Palmas, but were still held to a 1-1 draw which leaves them four points off the pace in La Liga.
A fifth-minute goal from Alberto Moleiro - fired low past Thibaut Courtois after good hold-up play from Oli McBurnie - gave the hosts an early lead and McBurnie nearly made it 2-0 five minutes later.
Jasper Cillessen produced a great save to deny Fede Valverde from a free kick and until midway through the second half that was the closest lacklustre Madrid got. Then they were awarded a penalty for handball.
Vinicius dispatched the spot kick to make it 1-1 and that was how it finished, with an anticipated siege of the Las Palmas goal not occurring and the hosts actually coming the closest to winning it when they had a goal disallowed for offside.
Madrid are now fifth on five points, but 35 games undefeated in the league; Las Palmas sit 16th.

FULL TIME: LAS PALMAS 1-1 REAL MADRID
It's all over. More dropped points for Madrid and still no Mbappe goal.
Las Palmas were good value for their point and almost won it at the end - the champions look rusty and despite lots of effort, Mbappe is yet to click in this team.
MADRID LEFT FRUSTRATED
The ball is in Cillessen's hands and he is in no rush to take a goal kick.
HALF A CHANCE
Carvajal launches his body at a cross at the back post, but can only head softly into the goalkeeper's arms.
FIVE ADDED MINUTES
As it stands, Madrid will drop four points behind Barcelona.
DISALLOWED GOAL!
Viti smashes a loose ball into the roof of the net - but the flag is up for offside earlier in the move against Mata, when a free kick was sent into the box. It's the right call.
VINICIUS OFF
It is the goalscorer who makes way for Endrick.
MBAPPE CLOSER STILL
Mbappe scuff a shot wide from close range, having done well to shake off his defender.
NOT HAPPENING FOR MADRID
The anticipated siege of the Las Palmas goal is not occurring, though Endrick is coming on.
MORE LAS PALMAS CHANGES
Fuster and Loiodice on for Rodriguez and Campana. Fresh legs for the final 10 minutes.
MBAPPE GETTING CLOSER
Mbappe, coming in from the right, chops onto his left foot and flashes a shot narrowly over.
LAS PALMAS CHANGES
Mata on for Sandro, Viti on for McBurnie.
MADRID'S GOALSCORER
MORE MADRID REINFORCEMENTS
Carvajal replaces Vazquez, who has been one of the champions' better players down the right.
GOOD BREAK WASTED
Courtois rolls the ball to Valverde after a corner to start a lightning counter-attack. The Uruguayan moves the ball on to Vinicius coming in from the left, who then blazes well over.

The home team have responded really well and from a free kick Marmol forces Courtois into a smart stop at the near post.
GOAL! LAS PALMAS 1-1 REAL MADRID (VINICIUS)
Vinicius stutters in his run-up, then firmly strikes beyond Cillessen, who guessed right but could not reach the ball.

PENALTY TO REAL MADRID!
Vazquez gets round the back on the right, his cutback sparks a scramble and in that scramble the ball strikes Suarez's arm. Penalty given.
