In America, ATC has branch company and laboratory in Mexico.

Being qualified by ANCE， NYCE，UL Mexico & TUV NA, Mexico ATC can execute NOM standards, the testing and application of CONUEE & EISA.

Mexico ATC has many contact connection with person in charge of local brands, which can reduce the time for verification.

Besides, ATC is authorized for applying and verification in Taiwan by the biggest verifying institution in Brazil, OCP 0052, which was assigned by Apple.

2. Clients can receive the certification immediately after finish test reports from ATC Taiwan without offering CB Report again.

Argentina

Since 2002, OAA ( Argentina Accreditation Organization ) started to enforce product certification, ATC has been closely cooperating with IRAM, the verifying and market surveillance of Safety Mark institution qualified by the Argentina government.

ATC not only assist clients for IRAM certification, but also help to deal with the problems of products market surveillance.

Argentina S-Mark approved by OAA can be issued certifications from IRAM, S-Mark UL，S-Mark TUV，and S-Mark Intertek. They have the same authority on issuing. Different annual fee is calculated differently by each verifying institution. ATC will provide the best advice for clients on saving the most annual fee.

Argentina certificate holder has changed to local company, which is easily for government to contact and manage the execution of market surveillance.

After the new regulations being implemented, verifying institutions will maintain issuing certificates for oversea manufacturers, and the manufacturers will assign the agents, which will get the copy version with only one factory for a certification. The second one will have to apply for the second certification.

Chile

SEC ( Superintendencia de Electricidady Combustibles) is the authorization for managing product verification in Chile.

SEC uses the standards as IEC or the same as it. Chilean NCh standards are based on IEC standards; there is no unified mark in Chile. However, mandatory electrical products has to be marked by SEC, like CESMEC mark. CESMEC is the biggest verifying institution approved by SEC. ATC has signed an agreement with CESMEC. According to the agreement, CESMEC can approve the reports of IEC60065 produced by ATC with saving the expense and the risk of testing.
