I ask permission to translate from English to Italian and viceversa without waiting for the 30 days and 500 edits limits... I would like to add more information about my family and my ancestors (Barattucci, in Wikipedia I found only Antonio: https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antonio_Barattucci) but I don't think I will reach 500 edits during this process.. and I'd like to translate the pages into English too. Also, I'd like to translate into Italian the page of the Adragna family (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adragna_family), one of its member is my friend Marta Adragna and she asked me to create the Italian version. @DucaTux: I'm somewhat sympathetic to this request, but could you try to write some pages here first? If you write some articles on English Wikipedia (or even better, manually translate some articles to the site) that meet our content standards, and you promise to not edit in any contentious topics areas before you have had an account for 30 days with 500 edits, I'd grant this permission.
I'll note that for example, it:Antonio Barattucci is somewhat below our standards as there aren't any inline references (we would also usually want more than one reliable source to demonstrate notability. Also it's discouraged to write articles about people you're closely related to, as you might have a conflict of interest... but obviously it's fine for historical figures from hundreds of years ago.
Finally, we can't grant you any permissions here at Italian Wikipedia, which you'd need to translate to Italian. You'll have to request those there.

My previous account was User:Toobigtokale, I had it closed per WP:RTV but decided to make a new account per WP:CLEANSTART as per the instructions on RTV. On my previous account I was extended confirmed and also had access to WP:AutoWikiBrowser. My account was consistently in good standing, had around 77,000 edits on it. Samples of my past work: 1883 Korean special mission to the United States, Utoro, Uji
