Draft Pages

[edit]

Hi. The new pages on professional footballers Nelson Sanca and Jac Norris have sat in draft for review for some time. Would you kindly be able to review promote to live as Ive no idea how to do that. Many thanks Zebroski (talk)

@Zebroski: It looks like Nelson Sanca hasn't been submitted for review yet! To do that, place {{subst:submit}} at the top of the page. For the other one, I'm afraid you'll just have to be patient; the review process can take some time, as there's always a backlog. :)— Moriwen (talk) 16:24, 8 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

New page reviewer granted

[edit]

Hi Moriwen, I just wanted to let you know that I have added the new page reviewer user right to your account. This means you now have access to the page curation tools and can start patrolling pages from the new pages feed. If you asked for this at requests for permissions, please check back there to see if your access is time-limited or if there are other comments.

This is a good time to re-acquaint yourself with the guidance at Wikipedia:New pages patrol. Before you get started, please take the time to:

You can find a list of other useful links and tools for patrollers at Wikipedia:New pages patrol/Resources. If you are ever unsure what to do, ask your fellow patrollers or just leave the page for someone else to review – you're not alone! Hey man im josh (talk) 11:43, 30 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Just a reminder- it never hurts to run a web source through google translate and see what shows up! I just got finished gutting the article Xhafer Sylejmani due to foundational copyright violations, and since the article was created in March, I decided to let the reviewer know. This isn't a judgment or a warning or even a mild rebuke, just a friendly heads up because I see you're new to NPP and even really experienced NPP members sometimes don't know about translation vios. And, after all, how can we ever learn something if nobody tells us? Thank you for all the work you've already done in this area and for all the copyvios you've probably already removed. GreenLipstickLesbian (talk) 21:07, 17 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Oh, good tip! Thanks so much, that wouldn't have occurred to me to do. I'll keep that in my toolkit going forward! :) — Moriwen (talk) 21:25, 17 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I have sent you a note about a page you started

[edit]

Hi Moriwen. Thank you for your work on Abcha. Another editor, Voorts, has reviewed it as part of new pages patrol and left the following comment:

Please remember to tag redirects that you create per WP:REDCAT.

To reply, leave a comment here and begin it with {{Re|Voorts}}. (Message delivered via the Page Curation tool, on behalf of the reviewer.)

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Biosynthesis of a Biotin Compound Containing ⁷⁵Se, to which you have significantly contributed, is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or if it should be deleted.

Good afternoon,

I added a stub on the Biosynthesis of a Biotin Compound Containing ⁷⁵Se page. While I continue to build the page, I made this page because a prominent journal is currently reviewing the dissertation. I also felt that it gave a summary of the research for non-scientists. I will be adding more to page.

Thanks!

Flatwood Monster edit

[edit]

I didn't think it was necessary to add a source as I was merely referencing the sunset time for that region on that date, and the affect this may have had on the eyewitnesses. I didn't have a source to reference because, as far as I can tell, no one had ever addressed this issue while investigating the incident. 2601:14B:4900:7130:9905:5CAC:5711:46DC (talk) 02:13, 9 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hello!

[edit]

On Walter Schultz (theologian) you added the typo "intened". Polygnotus (talk) 13:56, 28 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Good catch, thanks! Fixed.— Moriwen (talk) 19:30, 3 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for your contributions to Marcum Terrace, Huntington, West Virginia. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it needs more sources to establish notability and GNIS is not sufficient; see WP:GEOLAND. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.

Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. — Moriwen (talk) 00:08, 9 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

How was this one moved to draft space but the hundreds if not thousands of the other unincorporated communities not moved to draft space because of its notability? Samz73428091 (talk) 01:26, 9 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Well, there's hundreds if not thousands of them, lol. Regardless, I think WP:GEOLAND is clear on the issue.— Moriwen (talk) — Moriwen (talk) 16:28, 9 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
