Old articles in your userspace

[edit]

You have four articles in your userspace (maybe more, I'm only aware of these four now) which have been deleted at AfD over three years ago, and were then userfied, but never worked upon. Userspace is not intended for the indefinite storage of deleted articles, per WP:STALEDRAFT. The articles are User:Dreftymac/List of advertising slogans, User:Dreftymac/List of advertising slogans (fashion), User:Dreftymac/List of advertising slogans (food and drink), and User:Dreftymac/List of advertising slogans (transport). If you agree, you can tag them with Template:Db-g7 or Template:Db-u1 to get them deleted. In general, six months is often used as a limit to how long old articles should be kept in userspace. If you have any other articles left in your userspace from years ago, you may consider tagging those for deletion as well. Fram (talk) 09:05, 8 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The article World Anthem has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Sourced to a single New York Times article, with additional dead links

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Nomination of John Resig for deletion

[edit]

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article John Resig is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/John Resig until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.

Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion template from the top of the article. AgadaUrbanit (talk) 07:31, 12 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that you've added some links pointing to disambiguation pages. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
