  • The waterfall base can be seen just off the old road linking Tapah to Cameron Highlands. Take a break from the winding twisty drive and just cool off at the fall's base. Water is not pristine clear nor murky but reasonably clean, cool and refreshing. Not recommended to climb to the start of the waterfall as it's very far off the road. As for the small shops that used to line the roads leading / leaving the fall's base, as at the time I took this photo, they are all dilapidated and broken down. Most travellers along the road to Cameron Highlands now ply the newer Simpang highway. The old road is used mainly by the vegetable planters and locals. Roads leading here have no street lamps so plan to pass this area during the day only.
