  • I live in Pallavan Nagar. This place is good in all respect except the drainage. Problem is the open canal for drainage. it always overflows on the roads. No proper Roads. No proper rain was drain facility.
  • I agree with Sivaji. No proper drainage and water facility. It has good temples(Karivaradharajaswami) around it. If Civic adminsitration functions properly in developing the village, then Nerkundram will be heavinly place in Chennai.
  • Hi all, this is Rajesh. I live in this place for the past 20 yrs, Good place to live. But, only the peoples are the one who suffer a lot. So many govt,, had changed. But there is no improvement on the infrastructure of the maintaining the local panchayat assets. In simple words, "THE RICH GET RICHER(ADMINISTRATIVE PERSON) AND THE POOR GETS POORER(PEOPLE)" At least after this msg let the panchayat work on a humanity basis... Expecting for the change for a long period of time...

  • Looks like Fast Developing Area with lot of education ints, but poorly adminstered by the local administrators in Nerkuntram Panchayat. Believe MMDA will expand it's boundry for the betterment of this slum area. Other than I love my native Arun (Born and brought up in Nerkuntram) MGR University Raja Rajeswari Engg College Tamil Nadu Arts And Science College Meenakshi Dental College Meenakshi General Hospital The Tambaram ByPass Thiru Seven Hills Polytechnic MGR Catering College etc etc etc

  • Hi This is my native place. This is a good place to live. It is located nearby the Asia's biggest Bus Terminus and a Wholesale market. There is lot of schools and colleges nearby. People would say it is a worst place, it is obselutely a false comment.It is a developing area, definetly it will become a very decent and calm place to live peacefully and safely.
