Oswego is a town in Oswego County, New York, USA. The population was 7,984 at the 2010 census. The Town of Oswego is immediately west of the City of Oswego, with which it has a common border. The town is in the western part of Oswego County. The State University of New York at Oswego is in the northeast part of the town next to the City of Oswego.
