WKBD-TV and WWJ-TV are two stations owned by CBS Television. WKBD is the local affiliate of The CW Television Network for Detroit and area, while WWJ-TV is the affiliate for the CBS Television Network. WWJ-TV was bought in 1996, and WKBD was purchased in 2000, and operate as a duopoly to this day. Their guyed broadcast tower stands at 320.9 metres tall, and was built in 1968.
