St Nicolas Park is a large suburban housing estate in eastern Nuneaton, located approximately 1½ miles (2.5 km) from the town centre. It is named after the ecclesiastical parish (Nuneaton St Nicolas) in which it is located.

The estate was built in several sections between the 1960s and the 1990s and consists entirely of private housing.

  • Strangely, the northern part of St Nicolas Park is in the electoral ward of Weddington and not 'St Nicolas' which is named after this suburb!
