The owner is Boeing Fitness who leased the center to Pratt & Whitney since its merger. It was formerly owned by Rocketdyne. Pratt has declined to renew their lease. The center is home to the Aerospace Retirees club, Local UAW union meetings, and hosts fitness classes for seniors. In addition Pratt & Whitney employees and their families have utilized the park with its swimming pools, tennis courts, picnic areas and a large variety of fitness equipment. The multiple acre park is a historic landmark for this community and was bought from the original estate landowner in 1959.
