Koolangkulam Village is located in Musali Division, In the Mannar District in Sri Lanka. Those people were forcefully evicted by LTTE in 1990 October 27th.

While eviction they were lost everything. After 1990 expulsion they were lived in a refugee camp in Puttalam District, Kalpitiya Division.

After 22 years they are returning to their home land.

Its like secondary forest. They lost their houses and all property.
