BSA Troop 557 is located in Redmond, Washington and meets at the Church of the Holy Cross in Redmond. The troop is in the Sammamish Trails District of the Chief Seattle Council, chartered to the Church of the Holy Cross.

Troop 557 is a boy led troop with a relaxed atmosphere that has outdoor activities twice a month and encourages scouts to earn merit badges and advance. The troop has a good supply of outdoor equipment and as well as troop activities participates in district wide camps, training and competitions.

Established in Sept 1987, Troop 557 celebrates 27 years as a troop and 57 eagle scouts.
