Sonic: Painful World Spikes Kaizo (Alternative Title: Sonic the Hedgehog: Painful World Spikes Kaizo; Sonic: PWSK) - is a series of ROM hacks of the Sega Mega Drive System video game Sonic the Hedgehog (16-bit), created by a russian romhacker Vadim_Super he had several nicknames as a developer who created a series of kaizo hacks.

Gameplay
