Yes, I agree, it would be nice to know what irtc's future is looking
like....
And yes, I have started on my space settlement animation. I have a nice
little
scenario to go along with it. Once again, irtc was motivating me to use POV,
and MORAY (which is now part of POV...very cool). But if the irtc turns
to cyber dust, I'll go back to my c++ programming and work on my
raycasting engine. Which I was doing before I discovered all these rendering
programs.
I liked the irtc format the way it was. I like the consistency. And, it is
intriguing to have
a longer and more sophisticated competition on top of the original format.
O-Well, I have offered to help out as a admin. I am not out for any
personal or financial gain. It would be nice to see the irtc continue on.
It is an important motivating venue for learning and feedback in this
medium.
On top of that it has attracted many unique people.
All right, I am going back to my space settlement.........
