+FM/2 3.19 I would like to dedicate this release of FM/2 to the memory
+of my parents Ralph and Helen Young both of whom passed away earlier 
+this year. It has been over a year since the last release. The FM/2
+team has been busy with a lot of other projects. This release mostly

+The major change is that this version uses high memory to
+load much of FM/2's code, data and resources. If your version of OS/2
