Firefox 4
- Code freeze for Beta 7 marches on!
- There are 14 blockers left which we hope to close out in the next couple of days
- We created a relbranch for 4.0b7 to unblock mozilla-central work
- Checkins are metered while dealing with the backlog
- b7 blockers should be landed both on the relbranch and the default branch
Firefox 3.6 & 3.5
- Released to beta last week
- We will be respinning 3.6.11 for bug 601440
- This puts the Thursday release date at risk. If we need to, we'll push to to next Tuesday (2010-10-19)
Mobile Firefox
- Firefox 4 Beta 1 for Android and Maemo shipped
- Beta 2 code freeze is October 19 (next Tuesday)
- Firefox Home 1.0.3 is now in the app store
Thunderbird
- 3.0 end-of-life plan posted to tb-planning
- 3.1.5 / 3.0.9 watching one issue (bug 601440), otherwise ok for release
- Contributor survey has generated good feedback, we will be accepting responses through end of day this Sunday, October 18th.
